Cerebellum
The cerebellum determines intelligence, personality, interpretation of sensory impulse, motor function, planning and organization, touch sensation, etc. Nerves in the white matter connect all the parts of the brain so they function as one. Right controls left, left controls right. Cerebrum The cerebrum controls your balance and and fine movement. if any damage were to happen to this part of the brain, you would have problems with your motor skills. Brainstem The brainstem controls our bodily functions like your breathing, heart rate and digestion. it relays messages from your PNS to your CNS |
Frontal Lobe
The frontal lobe is the part of you brain where you make most of your reasoning and judgement. it also controls your impulses. Parietal lobe The parietal lobe interprets body sensation (pain, touch, pressure sensation) Occipital lobe The occipital lobe process visual information (colors, shapes, designs). it also controls you memory in general. Amygdala gland
Amygdala is the source of strong emotional responses. the hippocampus and the amygdala when it comes to memory Hippocampus The Hippocampus transfers memories into long term Pituitary gland Is the center of control of the endocrine system that secretes a large number or hormonal. Controls growth and reproduction including ovulation and lactation |
